How do I order?

Via our website – just follow the easy prompts. Add products to your cart and then proceed to checkout. We have an easy to use, secure 3 step checkout process. We use Shopify for our checkout system, the worlds most trusted checkout.

  1. Select postage method and enter your address.
  2. Enter your payment method.
  3. Confirm your order.
Orders within Australia ONLY

What about Shipping?

  • Shipping within Australia is calculated by Australia post.
  • Orders over $150 are shipped FREE.
  • Order processing time in our warehouse is 1-3 busines days. 
  • All items will be sent by Australia post. If you are not home when items are delivered they will be left in a safe place, unless you specify otherwise in the notes section of your order.
  • Please contact us if you haven’t received your goods and we will chase it up for you.


Delivery may take 5-7 days from confirmation of payment depending on your location. If you have not received your tracking details via email, please contact us at and we will chase it up for you.


Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery & handling charges. These costs are additional to the listed product price. All prices are listed in Australian dollars AUD.

Sold Out Items

If an item you have ordered is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you to organise another product, put your order on back order (if it is due in within a few days) or organise a refund/exchange.

How Do I Pay?

You can pay via our secure site with Credit card, Afterpay or PayPal. You will be issued with a transaction record once payment has been accepted.

Returns policy

  • To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with us at and provide your order number.
  • Sale items can be returned for credit only.
  • For refunds, items must be returned in original condition - unchewed, undamaged, in original packaging.
  • For credit or exchange, items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items less than 80% full cant be returned or credited.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept chewed products.
  • Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non refundable.
  • Australian based customers are issued with a trackable return label via email.
  • This label is linked to the customer order number, the order card can be included in with the return also.
  • Returns can be tracked with the tracking number via the AusPost website here.
  • We aim to process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return.
  • Please email prior to initiating a return if you are having any issues with self serve. We are here to help and will treat this with the highest of priority.


    Accurate weights and measures are used for pre-packaged products, however items that are sold individually or as “per item lots” may vary in size, weight and length. Sizes and lengths provided on the site are an “approximate” and are given only as a guide. If you need more specific information, please be sure to Contact Us via email first to confirm any special requirements.
