How do I redeem my points?

  • The rewards points are redeemed as discount codes. All you need to do is click on the blue icon on the bottom left side of your screen, sign in, and the points will be available to use on your order.
  • Please keep in mind that points are not redeemable with items on sale. The system only allows for one discount code per order.

What’s the delivery time frame if I place an order?

  • There will be a processing time of 1-2 business days. Delivery may take 5-7 days from confirmation of payment depending on your location.

Are these suitable for puppies?

  • Normally, it is recommended to wait for 6 months to feed chews, but if they are already chewing, it is fine to give pups at any age. Just keep an eye on them. 

How many chews should I feed my dog each day?

  • We usually recommend starting with 1 per day for the first 7-14 days and if you are not getting results, increase to 2 per day.
  • Always supervise pets while chewing. Make sure fresh water is available at all times.

 

Do you offer any discounts?

  • Yes, we do have some promotional discounts being offered via email.
  • Please be aware that if your cart contains any items on subscription or offers that are already discounted (Offered at the checkout), the discount code will not work. Two discount codes will not work on a single order.

 

Are your products low in fat?

  • Most of our chews and treats are low in fat. You can find the specific fat % on the product page under nutrition information.
