Watching the adverts/videos I expected an amazing or at least better result for my dogs teeth/plaque build up. I can honestly say I haven't noticed a bit of difference. For the price.. which in my opinion was on the expensive side.. I thought it would be better. It does make my dog chew for longer but no difference to the appearance of his teeth.

From the photo you posted, it looks like your pup may have quite a heavy buildup already. At that stage, unfortunately, chews alone likely won’t reverse the plaque — and a vet dental clean might be the best first step.

I can’t speak highly enough about Pet snacks “fresh breath dental chew”.
I recently took my Chihuahua and my Maltese cross to the vet for a check up.
They both had terrible breath and dirty teeth, despite them munching on bones and other things I purchased from my local pet store. I was quoted $700 per dog for a scale and clean under general anaesthetic from my local vet, and my chihuahua needed a tooth extraction.

My 5kg cavoodle is extremely picky with his food and hates chewing anything that’s hard. So he’s built up yellow plague on teeth even though he’s only 3.5 yo. I tried so many different chews but he didn’t like them. Raw bones make him vomit.
Finally found something he likes (along with kangaroo tendon that’s the perfect size for him.. since he won’t chew big piece of tendon). I’m so excited to see the yellow plague almost gone after 1.5 months. His canines used to be almost fully yellowish brown.

My little chihuahua absolutely loves her Natural Fresh Breath Dental Chews. The only negative I would say is because her mouth is small as she gets to the end of the chew sometimes she can’t chew it enough and ends up trying to swallow a bigger piece. I’ve had to take it off her a few times as it gets smaller so she doesn’t choke.
